Genessys, of Venezuelan and Dominican heritage, was raised under the Miami sun and thrives in spaces filled with nature, rhythm, and soulful connection—often dancing or swimming. She began her career as a nutrition educator in public schools and community centers, eventually expanding into fitness and energy healing while earning a Master’s in Movement Sciences as an Exercise Physiologist. After graduating, she traveled internationally to research sustainable, off-grid communities and the impact of lifestyle on wellbeing. Her passion for health education and advocacy ultimately led her to the Cayman Islands.
