Conveniently just steps away from your office and open from 5am on weekdays, The Club offers a full fitness experience in the heart of Cricket Square.

Workout early and avoid the traffic, grab a juice or smoothie from The Wicket and be ready to start your day feeling energised and refreshed. Or unwind after a tough day at one of our mind, body and movement classes.

The Club boasts dedicated stretching areas, treadmill desks, a cycling studio, a private shaded yoga garden and quiet relaxing seating areas. Our open plan design is divided into clearly defined training areas designed to maximise your workout efficiency whatever your workout style or time of day you like to train. 

Our changing rooms are fully equipped with private showers and change areas, keypad lockers and a full range of complimentary body and skincare products from Malin + Goetz

Cricket Square

The Club is another sign of our commitment to well-being at Cricket Square. With an array of healthier choices using seasonal and fresh local ingredients on our menus at The Market, The Brasserie, Caboose and The Wicket, achieving a balanced and healthy lifestyle during the busy working week, just got a little easier. 

The Wicket offers an extensive menu of juices and smoothies, healthy snacks and house-made overnight oatmeal. Order in advance for quick pick-up post workout.

Our schedule works around yours, with group classes before and after work and express classes at lunchtime. Fast, energetic cardio workouts to tone and burn calories as well mind & body movement sessions, focusing on your flexibility, balance, core strength and posture.

Every week The Club hosts several yoga classes in its tranquil Yoga Garden with experienced instructors to guide you through relaxation, meditation and stretching movements.

Personal Training

The Club’s personal Fitness Coaches are committed to motivate, educate and empower you to achieve your heath and fitness goals.  Working one-on-one with a Fitness Coach will provide you with a unique goal driven training plan, regular assessment and support. We’ll show you how to make the most of your workouts at The Club and we’ll keep you motivated when life takes over.

Personal Training sessions are additional cost to your membership.

Bespoke Programmes

For smaller groups of 3-5 people, we offer speciality training programmes, providing a more cost effective option to one-on-one training, yet still with personalised coaching.

Charity Competition: Partners in Power

2 - 21 October

Compete with a partner and raise money for your charity of choice this October. Participating partners will complete five qualifying rounds over three weeks, competing in the final on Saturday 21 October at 8am. Featuring both men's and women's categories, enter now for only CI$50 per team.

New Nutrition Coach: Taryn Stein

The Club is pleased to welcome Taryn! A registered dietitian, she joins the team to provide nutritional education and services to members and launch The Club Nutrition Programme, including our new comprehensive healthy meal plan. Create a personalised plan with with Taryn. Available in 2, 3 or 4 week packages and delivered conveniently to your office.

Looking to kickstart your nutrition journey or improve the results of your transformation challenge? The Club is excited to now offer a comprehensive meal plan as apart of the new Club Nutrition programme. Create a personalized plan that works for you under the guidance of a registered dietician. Available in 2, 3 or 4-week packages, delivered conveniently to your workplace.

Triathlon Training Program

17 September - 5 November

Have you always wanted to compete in the Cayman Islands Triathlon? Join Coach Kara of Triformations on an 8-week intensive triathlon training program and prepare for the race on the 19 November. Suitable for beginners to experienced triathletes who can already swim, ride a bike, and run without assistance. Every Sunday at 9:30am. CI$ 200 (includes entry cost). Have fun and challenge yourself!

New Class: HIITRX

Every Wednesday, 5:30pm

Join Coach Tim's new 30-minute class which utilizes the patented TRX suspension system to deliver a full-body workout while keeping your heart rate elevated.

Every Monday, 5:30pm

Join Coach Tim's new 40-minute class is HIlT at its finest, combining cycling with a full-body workout. Participants will alternate between 5 minutes on the bike and 5 minutes of strength training, ending with a 10-minute core session.

Every Monday, 12:15pm

Join Coach Marlene's new 45-minute indoor cycling and circuit class where you will alternate between body weight or dumbbell movements off the bike and a cardio workout on the bike.

I work at Cricket Square, can my partner join too?

At this time, only those working within Cricket Square can join as a Corporate member.

Are the classes included in The Club membership?

Yes, all classes are included within the The Club membership.

What amenities are included with membership?

All members have access to the facility, showers, lockers and all group fitness classes.

What are the opening hours of The Club?

Monday to Friday 5am to 9pm | Saturday and Sunday 6am to 6pm

Is WiFi available throughout The Club?

Yes, WiFi is available in all areas of The Club.

What type of personal training is offered and how can I book?

We offer one-on-one, buddy training, and Bespoke training packages for groups of 3-5 people. Email membership@theclub.ky to discuss setting up an initial consult with one of our Fitness Coaches.
