Conveniently just steps away from your office and open from 5am on weekdays, The Club offers a full fitness experience in the heart of Cricket Square.
Workout early and avoid the traffic, grab a juice or smoothie from The Wicket and be ready to start your day feeling energised and refreshed. Or unwind after a tough day at one of our mind, body and movement classes.
The Club boasts dedicated stretching areas, treadmill desks, a cycling studio, a private shaded yoga garden and quiet relaxing seating areas. Our open plan design is divided into clearly defined training areas designed to maximise your workout efficiency whatever your workout style or time of day you like to train.
Our changing rooms are fully equipped with private showers and change areas, keypad lockers and a full range of complimentary body and skincare products from Malin + Goetz.
Cricket Square
The Club is another sign of our commitment to well-being at Cricket Square. With an array of healthier choices using seasonal and fresh local ingredients on our menus at The Market, The Brasserie, Caboose and The Wicket, achieving a balanced and healthy lifestyle during the busy working week just got a little easier.
The Wicket offers an extensive menu of juices and smoothies, healthy snacks and house-made overnight oatmeal. Order in advance for quick pick-up post workout.
Classes
Our schedule works around yours, with group classes before and after work and express classes at lunchtime. Fast, energetic cardio workouts to tone and burn calories as well mind & body movement sessions, focusing on your flexibility, balance, core strength and posture.

Every week The Club hosts several yoga classes in its tranquil Yoga Garden with experienced instructors to guide you through relaxation, meditation and stretching movements.

The Club’s personal Fitness Coaches are committed to motivate, educate and empower you to achieve your heath and fitness goals. Working one-on-one with a Fitness Coach will provide you with a unique goal driven training plan, regular assessment and support. We’ll show you how to make the most of your workouts at The Club and we’ll keep you motivated when life takes over.

For smaller groups of 3-5 people, we offer speciality training programmes, providing a more cost effective option to one-on-one training, yet still with personalised coaching. Book now for our special Women’s-Only Full Body Stretch & Sound Bath Energy Healing Experience. This restorative session is designed to help you reset, recharge, and reconnect. We’ll begin with guided full-body stretching using foam rollers and massage balls to gently release tension, ease muscle soreness, and reduce pain stored in the body.
This therapeutic self-myofascial release supports improved mobility, circulation and overall physical wellbeing. You’ll then relax into a calming sound bath, designed to quiet the mind, regulate the nervous system and restore your energy. Whether you’ve been training hard or simply need time for yourself, this is your space to receive and renew.

Flowers Sea Swim Training Program
March to June
Take the plunge and challenge yourself with this 12-week open water training program designed to prepare and empower swimmers to confidently complete the Flowers 1-Mile Sea Swim on Saturday 13 June. Suitable for advanced beginners to experienced swimmers, participants will build confidence, improve technique, strengthen endurance and master essential open water skills including breathing and race starts. Weekly Sunday sessions start in March. Early bird pricing ends Sunday 15 February. Email Coach Kira to book.
